Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist to manage patient referrals and coordinate care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate start-of-care visits by collecting information from pharmacies and patients, matching nurses to patients, and confirming logistics
• Communicate proactively with specialty pharmacies, nurses, and patients via various channels to ensure a seamless experience
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to complete visit documentation and improve workflows

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience with medical scheduling
• Ability to utilize multiple technology platforms simultaneously
• Experience in handling inbound communication while managing other tasks
• Proficiency in medical terminology and prior experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
