Job Summary

Providing lead work and subject matter expertise, the full-time Intake Specialist will offer technical support and training while managing financial records and ensuring dispute completeness in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as a lead staff member and subject matter expert for Dispute Resolution Analysts and Clerks
  • Review documentation and communicate with insurance carriers and providers as necessary
  • Analyze medical billings for appropriate payment classifications and resolve processing issues
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Four years of general office experience, with education in administration, business, or related areas potentially substituting for experience
  • Experience in general accounting is preferred
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
