Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Intake Specialist will manage initial client calls, assess their needs, and connect them to appropriate services while maintaining a high level of customer support.
Key responsibilities
- Remain actively logged into on-call telephone queues to fulfill client service duties
- Screen for safety issues and connect clients to on-call counselors when necessary
- Complete EAP Intake Forms and assign appropriate EAP staff or affiliates to client cases
Required qualifications
- Strong IT applications and database skills
- Professional call center or scheduling experience is a plus
- Reliable internet connection with specified minimum speeds
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Office programs
- Commitment to excellent customer service
