Job Summary

To support a prestigious personal injury law firm, the full-time Intake Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, conducting detailed intake interviews and managing case information while working in a hybrid schedule after an initial training period.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Conduct detailed intake interviews regarding personal injury and medical malpractice matters
• Gather, document, and organize case information accurately within the firm's case management systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; recent graduates encouraged to apply
• Demonstrated empathy and professionalism when speaking with individuals in sensitive situations
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in legal intake, personal injury, medical malpractice, or healthcare environments is a plus but not required
