Job Summary

To support a dynamic healthcare environment, the full-time Intake Specialist will process various member and provider requests remotely, ensuring accuracy and compliance while managing inquiries via multiple communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Process and review requests, inquiries, and transactions through phone, email, fax, and mail
• Document and triage incoming inquiries, ensuring timely and efficient routing to appropriate staff
• Verify member benefits and eligibility, while providing clinical review outcome notifications to members and providers

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in a related field
• Prior call center experience is strongly preferred
