Job Summary

A company in the healthcare industry is looking for an Intake Specialist.

Position Responsibilities

Accurately enter patient information into the appropriate system based on the type of referral obtained
Review medical records to ensure compliance standards are met prior to a service being rendered
Communicate with referral sources to obtain compliant documentation in a timely manner to facilitate the referral process

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma
One (1) year work related in health care administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, claims, billing, call center or management regardless of industry is required
Experience in a Medicare certified HME, IV or HH environment that routinely bills insurance
