Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality telephonic customer service in a high-volume call-center environment
  • Complete accurate data review and entry
  • Transcribe correspondence/reports from dictation and ensure timely scheduling

Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma
  • Prior work experience in a detail-oriented customer service environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and proprietary systems
  • Ability to maintain professional demeanor in telephonic conversations
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
