Job Summary

Working weekends in a fully remote capacity, the Intake Specialist - Florida Licensed will manage the data entry of Workers' Compensation claims received via phone, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client and company protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate information from injured workers and employers to determine injury levels based on established criteria
• Perform precise data entry of initial claims while adhering to deadlines and company procedures
• Route calls to appropriate Triage Unit members and verify data for accurate claim entry

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of medical terminology or medical office experience preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Proactive and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
