Intake Specialist I-Remote

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist I for a remote position in Phoenix, AZ.

Key Responsibilities:

• Placing phone calls to new and existing Specialty Pharmacy patients
• Enrolling patients into specialty services and managing workflow queues
• Accurately documenting information, prescription order set up, and assisting with prior authorizations

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED, with some college preferred
• National CPhT and/or registration/licensure required per state's requirements
• Minimum two years pharmacy support experience or healthcare environment experience preferred
• Participation in compliance program objectives
• Consistent cooperative and respectful interaction with other employees
