Intake Specialist (Outbound)

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist (Outbound) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outgoing calls to patients and schedule appointments for multiple locations
• Document and confirm requested appointments while providing excellent customer service
• Manage incoming faxes and triage general inquiry calls

Required Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years related experience in customer service, call center, or medical records/insurance
• Preferred bilingual (Spanish) and experience with EMR systems
• Good fit for the job as determined by the Talent Sorter assessment
• Knowledge of HIPAA and medical insurance regulations preferred
