Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist (Bilingual/Spanish) to work remotely.

• Promote company values and provide excellent customer service
• Schedule appointments, manage incoming calls and faxes, and contact patients for follow-ups
• Determine appropriate locations, clinicians, and appointment types for patients

Required Qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years related experience
• Bilingual - English/Spanish
• Ability to follow a set work schedule
• Experience with medical office procedures and EMR systems preferred
