Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and measure team performance, ensuring staff accountability and training
• Resolve inquiries from phone calls and improve overall processes
• Manage department budget, prepare reports, and maintain patient confidentiality

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
• Two years of experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or customer service roles
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, IV, or HH environment is preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare products and services
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and develop team goals
