Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Supervisor to manage a team of Intake Coordinators and oversee the intake process for providers and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the intake team to ensure efficient and accurate execution of all intake processes
  • Monitor work quality, conduct reviews, and provide feedback to team members
  • Analyze performance metrics and collaborate with other departments to enhance workflows and improve service delivery
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment
  • 5+ years in a call center or customer support environment
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment with knowledge of healthcare processes and compliance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
