Job Summary
A company is looking for an Intake Supervisor to manage a team of Intake Coordinators overseeing the intake process for providers and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the intake team to ensure efficient and accurate execution of all intake processes
- Monitor work quality, conduct regular reviews, and provide feedback for team performance improvement
- Analyze intake performance metrics and collaborate with other departments to enhance workflows and client experience
Required Qualifications and Education
- 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment
- 5+ years of experience in a call center or customer support environment
- Experience in a healthcare environment with knowledge of healthcare processes and compliance requirements
- Understanding of healthcare policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
