Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Supervisor to manage a team of Intake Coordinators overseeing the intake process for providers and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the intake team to ensure efficient and accurate execution of all intake processes
  • Monitor work quality, conduct regular reviews, and provide feedback for team performance improvement
  • Analyze intake performance metrics and collaborate with other departments to enhance workflows and client experience
Required Qualifications and Education
  • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment
  • 5+ years of experience in a call center or customer support environment
  • Experience in a healthcare environment with knowledge of healthcare processes and compliance requirements
  • Understanding of healthcare policies and procedures
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
