Intake Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team of Intake Representatives, the full-time Intake Supervisor will coordinate patient admissions, ensure operational efficiency, and enhance the patient experience in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team while managing hiring, onboarding, and performance coaching
• Monitor daily workflows to ensure timely patient admissions and operational efficiency
• Analyze team performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive quality assurance initiatives

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience
• Preferred experience in healthcare, home health, DME, or patient services
• Experience leading remote teams is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
