Intake Supervisor

Job Summary

To support a national technical assistance project, the full-time Intake Supervisor will manage a team of intake specialists, oversee legal case initiation and documentation processes, and develop efficient workflows for unaccompanied migrant children's legal representation, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 2-3 intake specialists
• Oversee all work related to legal case initiation, record creation, and document verification
• Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and procedures for legal case intake

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, public administration, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years managing projects, tasks, or personnel
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder and partner relationships
• Experience developing workflows and protocols for project management
