Integrated Business Planning Director

Job Summary

Driving the North America Integrated Business Planning and Process Excellence strategy, the full-time salaried Integrated Business Planning Director will manage process transformation, capability building, and collaboration across teams to enhance performance and forecast accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the North America IBP and management process transformation plan based on diagnostic assessments
• Lead the IBP process, ensuring effective governance and alignment with business planning cycles
• Provide coaching and capability building for leaders to drive continuous improvement in demand and capacity planning

Required qualifications

• Leadership experience managing regional or global teams in Planning and S&OP
• Cross-functional knowledge of the supply chain, including financial metrics and drivers
• Proven ability to establish vision and strategy for implementation
• Technical expertise in demand planning and statistical forecasting
• Hands-on experience with S&OP, S&OE, or IBP processes in large-scale businesses
