Job Summary
Detail-oriented and data-driven, the full-time Integrated Campaign Specialist will support the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, focusing on email marketing and webinars, while working remotely in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of integrated campaign plans aligned with business goals and coordinate timelines and assets for campaign launches
- Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns, manage webinar execution, and collaborate on paid media initiatives
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics, identifying optimization opportunities for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or campaign execution
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
- Experience supporting or managing webinars and virtual events
- Familiarity with paid media and social media campaign execution
- Strong organizational and project management skills with an analytical mindset
