Job Summary

To support business initiatives, the full-time Integrated Care Assistant will organize and schedule events, manage appointments, and provide administrative support in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Organize and schedule meetings, travel plans, and appointments for the department
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications to assist with various administrative tasks
  • Support leadership positions and contribute to team efficiency through effective multitasking
Required qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Associate's degree or higher is highly preferred
  • Microsoft certification is highly preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills and a desire for personal and professional growth
