Job Summary
To support business initiatives, the full-time Integrated Care Assistant will organize and schedule events, manage appointments, and provide administrative support in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule meetings, travel plans, and appointments for the department
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications to assist with various administrative tasks
- Support leadership positions and contribute to team efficiency through effective multitasking
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Associate's degree or higher is highly preferred
- Microsoft certification is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and a desire for personal and professional growth
