Job Summary

Supporting the Integrated Kidney Care team, the full-time Integrated Care Assistant will provide administrative support, including data entry and communication with hospitals, while working remotely in the Eastern time zone with a Monday to Friday schedule.

Key responsibilities
  • Collect, verify, and maintain patient and provider data in the medical management database
  • Communicate with hospitals to track patient admissions and discharges
  • Transcribe lab results and follow up with providers for confirmation of services
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior administrative experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and other databases
  • Prior remote work experience is a bonus
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
