Integrated Delivery Systems Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integrated Delivery Systems Supervisor to oversee team performance and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the performance of team members to achieve departmental goals
• Participate in determining staffing levels and adjust as necessary in collaboration with leadership
• Maintain open communication with department leadership regarding operational issues and patient care

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in an administrative or community-based role within healthcare or related fields
• 2+ years of direct experience working with patients, clients, or community members
• At least 1 year of leadership experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity
• Associate's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Child Development, Social Work, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Community Health Worker Certification is preferred
