Integrated Device Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Sr. Integrated Device Engineer will engineer, configure, and support integrated clinical device solutions within an enterprise environment, collaborating closely with internal technical teams and end users.

Key responsibilities

• Engineer, configure, test, troubleshoot, and implement application-integrated clinical device solutions across the organization
• Provide Tier 3 engineering support for existing and emerging device technologies in a high-volume production environment
• Develop and maintain standards, policies, and procedures for device deployment, security, maintenance, and lifecycle support

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• 3+ years of IT experience engineering application-integrated devices in an enterprise environment using Microsoft technologies
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Group Policy, and enterprise tooling such as Citrix and print servers
• Working knowledge of device technologies (drivers, network components, and management solutions) with strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to present to groups and manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively
