Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integrated Duals Program Coordinator II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support care coordination and engagement activities, ensuring timely and member-centered services
  • Act as the first point of contact for complex member and provider escalations, coordinating timely resolutions
  • Mentor and support junior staff, ensuring consistency in documentation and workflow processes


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a social science or healthcare-related field preferred
  • Three (3) years of experience in healthcare required; four (4) years preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal healthcare laws and regulations
  • Strong understanding and respect for cultural and demographic diversity
