Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integrated Duals Program Coordinator I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach to members and providers to coordinate services and ensure accurate documentation
  • Support member and provider engagement by addressing inquiries and facilitating referrals to internal teams
  • Monitor service delivery for compliance and document care coordination activities in accordance with regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • One (1) year of experience in healthcare required; two (2) years preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
