Job Summary
A company is looking for an Integrated Duals Program Coordinator I.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to members and providers to coordinate services and ensure accurate documentation
- Support member and provider engagement by addressing inquiries and facilitating referrals to internal teams
- Monitor service delivery for compliance and document care coordination activities in accordance with regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- One (1) year of experience in healthcare required; two (2) years preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
