Job Summary
Seeking a strategic Integrated Marketing Segment Lead (Mid Market) for a full-time contract position, this role will manage the multi-channel marketing strategy for a specific B2B segment, driving Route-to-Market initiatives and ensuring alignment with sales and marketing teams while working remotely from within the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Own the strategic marketing roadmap and define the Route-to-Market strategy while identifying growth opportunities
- Serve as the primary Point of Contact for integrated marketing plans, ensuring alignment between corporate narratives and field realities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop persona-based journeys and ensure cohesive execution across marketing initiatives
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Integrated Marketing, Campaign Strategy, or Segment Management within a B2B technology environment
- Proven ability to navigate and influence within highly matrixed, global organizations
- Experience building programs from the ground up with a strong operational understanding
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable using CRM and analytics platforms for data-driven decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
