Job Summary

Owning the marketing strategy for the Culinary program, the full-time Integrated Marketing Manager will develop integrated marketing strategies for cooking classes and culinary experiences while collaborating cross-functionally and tracking culinary trends, with a hybrid work arrangement available in Seattle or remotely in Canada.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop integrated marketing strategies for culinary programs and experiences aligned with business priorities
  • Translate customer behavior and culinary trends into actionable marketing strategies that drive attendance and sales
  • Serve as the internal culinary authority, tracking food trends and translating insights into integrated marketing initiatives
Required qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in integrated marketing or brand marketing within consumer, food, culinary, or hospitality sectors
  • Deep personal and professional understanding of food, cooking, and culinary culture
  • Experience developing customer-led marketing strategies that connect storytelling to commercial outcomes
  • Proven ability to translate culinary trends into actionable marketing strategies across various channels
  • Strong experience in creating integrated briefs that guide execution for marketing initiatives
