Job Summary

To support a B2B tech company's thought leadership initiatives, the freelance Integrated Marketing Program Manager will manage cross-functional project timelines and communications for integrated marketing activation plans while working remotely on a full-time basis.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans and asset trackers for integrated marketing work streams
  • Coordinate inputs and manage communications among team leaders across various departments
  • Oversee the review process for creative deliverables and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in project management within integrated marketing
  • Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Adobe Workfront, Airtable, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing processes and milestones
  • Experience in B2B brands and ability to adapt in hypergrowth environments
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
