Integrated Master Scheduler

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integrated Master Scheduler.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain program and project schedules while collaborating with Integrated Product Teams Leads (IPTLs)
• Provide schedule-related support by attending program meetings and building integrated top-level schedules for management briefings
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and communicate findings through reports and briefings to key stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, management, business administration, or a related field with 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in NAVAIR organizations with scheduling for acquisition and logistics/maintenance functions
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Knowledge of current NAVAIR acquisition processes, milestones, policies, and procedures
• Understanding of interrelationships between acquisition activities and program documentation
