Integrated Master Scheduler

Job Summary

Joining a mission-critical Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) program, the full-time remote Integrated Master Scheduler (IMS) will develop, manage, and maintain the program's master schedule while ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for complex, multi-year VA programs using MS Project or equivalent tools
• Coordinate inputs from multiple project managers and external partners to ensure accurate schedule alignment and dependency tracking
• Conduct regular schedule status reviews with VA stakeholders and internal delivery teams

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of experience as a scheduler or project controls analyst on federal programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project
• Strong knowledge of project management principles (PMBOK, EVM, critical path method)
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust
