Job Summary
Supporting a mission-critical Department of Veterans Affairs program, the full-time Integrated Master Scheduler will develop and manage the program's master schedule, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams and stakeholders in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for complex, multi-year VA programs using MS Project or equivalent tools
- Coordinate inputs from multiple project managers and functional leads to ensure accurate schedule alignment and dependency tracking
- Conduct regular schedule status reviews with VA stakeholders and internal delivery teams, generating reports and dashboards for senior leadership
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of experience as a scheduler or project controls analyst on federal programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project
- Strong knowledge of project management principles (PMBOK, EVM, critical path method)
- Ability to obtain a Level 3 Public Trust
