Job Summary
Supporting a major federal level policy initiative, the full-time Integrated Master Scheduler will maintain and update Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), perform program schedule analysis, and manage vendor performance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain, update, and re-baseline the Integrated Master Schedules for federal government projects
- Perform program schedule analysis to assess critical path, bottlenecks, and schedule variance, providing recommendations for improvement
- Utilize enterprise-level scheduling software and project management techniques to enhance overall project management efficiency
Required qualifications
- At least eight (8) years of experience with federal government acquisitions integrated project planning
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules for complex projects
- Skilled in performing program schedule analysis, including evaluating metrics and critical path
- Expertise in using enterprise-level scheduling software and improving integrated scheduling processes
- Must possess an active and current DoD Secret Clearance and be a US Citizen
