Integrated Master Scheduler
Job Summary
To support a large Federal agency in modernizing IT functions, the full-time remote Integrated Master Scheduler will develop and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for 30-35 concurrent projects, ensuring alignment and communication among project stakeholders while analyzing schedule performance and risks.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and manage the integrated master schedule(s) that combines all sub-projects, workstreams, and dependencies across the program
- Ensure cross-project alignment and identify how different teams' work impacts each other
- Analyze schedule performance, track progress, and provide insights and recommendations to leadership
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 8 years of total experience with 5 years of hands-on MS-Project experience
- Proven work experience developing and maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
- Proficient in MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint
