Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integrated Payments Specialist to support the adoption and implementation of their payments platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial customer outreach and schedule appointments for payment adoption
• Coordinate technical onboarding tasks and manage follow-through for larger projects
• Handle inbound requests for rate reviews and contract adjustments to enhance customer retention

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, sales support, customer service, or SaaS operations preferred
• Strong familiarity with Salesforce, Gmail, and Google Sheets
• Must be available during U.S. Central Standard Time (CST) business hours
• Proactive and able to navigate ambiguity while collaborating across teams
• Energetic and confident phone presence with professional email communication skills
