Integrated Planning Manager

Job Summary

Driving the transformation of integrated planning capabilities, the full-time remote Integrated Planning Manager will lead process improvements, partner with global teams, and support the adoption of best practices to enhance planning effectiveness and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Map, document, and maintain demand and supply planning processes while identifying opportunities for simplification and standardization
• Collaborate with regional teams to establish consistent process standards and operating rhythms that enhance alignment and efficiency
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to connect regional planning needs with global standards, promoting continuous improvement and scalable solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, S&OP/IBP, or planning transformation roles
• Six Sigma Black Belt and APICS planning certifications desired
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage stakeholders effectively
• Fluency in English
