Integrated Program Management Lead

Job Summary

Balancing strategic leadership with hands-on program management, the full-time remote Integrated Program Management Lead will oversee key client initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination across service lines to deliver integrated real estate solutions aligned with client business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage IPM direct reports while planning team capacity and resource allocation
• Directly manage high-complexity programs, serving as the single point of accountability for key client initiatives
• Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders, aligning team strategy with client priorities

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, or Business Administration
• 12+ years of progressive corporate real estate experience with deep multi-disciplinary expertise
• 5+ years in team leadership or P&L management roles, demonstrating success as a player-coach
• Expert-level understanding of the complete real estate lifecycle and its interdependencies
• Experience in Construction Project Management and Program Management at an enterprise scale
