Integrated Solutions Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the commercial technology and EMR optimization strategy, the remote Integrated Solutions Specialist will independently manage operational execution of assigned initiatives, ensuring customer workflows and implementation readiness while collaborating across various teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operational execution of EMR integration initiatives from planning through launch and follow-through
• Coordinate customer-readiness activities, including workflow documentation, communications, and training logistics
• Identify recurring execution issues and contribute to process improvements and standardized playbooks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus at least 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in healthcare, diagnostics, or technology
• Demonstrated ability to independently organize work and manage competing priorities
• Strong judgment and problem-solving skills for distinguishing routine decisions from those requiring escalation
• Proficiency with common business and collaboration tools and ability to handle confidential information
