Integrated Support Services Consultant

Job Summary

Driving the growth of Microsoft Integrated Support Services, the full-time Integrated Support Services Consultant will generate and pursue opportunities, assess customer support needs, and translate requirements into tailored commercial solutions while collaborating with field sales and senior consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and pursue Integrated Support Services opportunities within assigned territory
• Assess customer support needs and align ISS proposals with Microsoft agreement lifecycles
• Translate support requirements into commercial solutions and manage the deal process from qualification to close

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or consulting roles related to Microsoft services
• Strong understanding of Microsoft support agreements, particularly EA and CSP
• Ability to structure pricing and commercial solutions in collaboration with sales teams
• Experience in driving revenue growth and managing quotas
• Familiarity with AI applications in business contexts is a plus
