Integrating Firmware Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting the development of embedded firmware for next-generation mesh networking products, the full-time Integrating Firmware Engineer will implement firmware changes on the Nordic nRF54L Series platform, assist with hardware integration, and contribute to CI/CD processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and modify embedded firmware for the Nordic nRF54L Series platform, including updates for new hardware features
- Assist in integrating rapid GNSS location capabilities and support firmware testing and validation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle, documenting firmware changes and testing procedures
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field
- 0-2 years of experience in embedded software or firmware development, including internships or co-op experience
- Experience programming in C/C++ and basic understanding of embedded microcontrollers and hardware interfaces
- Familiarity with embedded debugging tools and version control systems such as Git
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a Secret security clearance
