Integration Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Integration Analyst will build and configure integrations between the platform and client systems using APIs, troubleshoot live integrations, and automate processes to ensure accurate lead data flow.

Key responsibilities

• Build and configure integrations using APIs and internal tools to connect with client systems
• Monitor live integrations, identify issues, and troubleshoot technical challenges affecting campaign performance
• Write scripts to improve automation and document integration processes for smarter workflows

Required qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Genuine interest in APIs, automation, and data exchange between systems
• Familiarity with data formats like JSON and XML, and concepts such as webhooks
• Some experience scripting in Python or JavaScript, including personal projects
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
