Integration Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the implementation and operational needs of integration systems, the full-time remote Integration Analyst will manage technical documentation, coordinate client meetings, and provide initial support for connectivity issues while ensuring data integrity and compliance with security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage technical documentation for client interfaces and data transformations
• Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, providing follow-up as necessary
• Participate in project integration calls and provide support for client connectivity or data issues

Required qualifications

• BA/BS in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in clinical interface support, data management, and database integrations
• 2+ years of experience with HL7, web services, APIs, and related technologies
• 3+ years of experience in IT systems, networking, or infrastructure operations
• Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and medical terminology
