Integration Analyst

Job Summary

Managing client data integrations, the full-time Integration Analyst will oversee the setup and testing processes for new and existing clients while ensuring high levels of customer service in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the data integration build and testing process between internal and external parties
• Communicate and educate clients and vendors on data integration approaches and timelines
• Build and maintain positive relationships with partners, clients, and internal teams throughout the integration project

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent industry experience
• 1-2 years' experience in customer service, partner management, or file integrations
• Proficiency with Google Workspace
• Proven experience managing client-facing projects
• Project management experience is a plus
