Job Summary
A company is looking for an Integration and Implementation Specialist who will manage integration projects for new acquisitions and onboarding new customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead clients through the application and introduction of benefits plans
- Audit technical setup and ensure timely communication and documentation with clients
- Coordinate migration sessions and provide training webinars for clients
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in plan or system implementation/configuration or client service role
- Strong planning and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and provide leadership to resources
- Willingness to work outside traditional hours to meet deadlines
- Experience in identifying and resolving systemic issues through process changes
