Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integration and Implementation Specialist who will manage integration projects for new acquisitions and onboarding new customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead clients through the application and introduction of benefits plans
  • Audit technical setup and ensure timely communication and documentation with clients
  • Coordinate migration sessions and provide training webinars for clients
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in plan or system implementation/configuration or client service role
  • Strong planning and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and provide leadership to resources
  • Willingness to work outside traditional hours to meet deadlines
  • Experience in identifying and resolving systemic issues through process changes
