Integration Consultant
Job Summary
Serving as a technical consultant, the full-time Integration Consultant will manage the implementation and integration of customized software environments for customers, conducting discovery sessions and troubleshooting software-related issues while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct discovery working sessions to gather and assess customer requirements
- Propose and build custom solutions focusing on scalability and alignment with customer business goals
- Provide customer training on platform functionality and customizations while advocating for product enhancements
Required qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree or related experience
- Proven experience implementing and integrating enterprise SaaS solutions
- Strong understanding of integration frameworks and technologies, including APIs and webhooks
- Intermediate experience configuring A.I. agents and Python or JavaScript is preferred
- Applied experience with Digital Asset Management systems is preferred
