Job Summary

A company is looking for a Greenhouse Integration Developer.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support integrations between EMP Trust onboarding platform and enterprise HR systems
Integrate ATS systems (Greenhouse) with major job portals and ensure seamless data flow between systems
Monitor integrations, troubleshoot issues, and provide post go-live support for onboarding systems

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in HR system integrations
Hands-on experience with EMP Trust onboarding platform, Greenhouse ATS, and Oracle HCM Cloud
Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs and file-based integrations (JSON/XML)
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and job board integrations
Understanding of end-to-end recruiting and onboarding processes
