Integration Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineer to support customer onboarding and EDI/API integration services in freight forwarding and brokerage domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver EDI/API integration services
• Manage the entire onboarding process, including initiation calls, IT communications, and integration testing
• Work closely with Product Managers to capture and translate customer requirements into actionable tasks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Logistics, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Three years of professional experience in freight forwarding and logistics with EDI/API integration
• Experience with common integration services and message sets in the freight forwarding space
• Knowledge of CargoWise as a core freight and brokerage system is preferred
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver customer-centric solutions effectively
