Integration Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Integration Engineer will collaborate with full stack developers to modernize field inspection applications, serve as the primary authority on Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC), and design and implement OFSC plugins while integrating with enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers to rebuild and modernize existing field inspection applications
• Guide architectural decisions and API design as the primary authority on Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC)
• Design and implement OFSC plugins and integrate OFSC with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) and integrations
• Deep expertise with OFSC configuration, data models, and platform capabilities
• Proficiency with OFSC REST API, including Activity, Resource, Capacity, and Core Manage APIs
• Experience designing OFSC plugins using the OFSC Plugin Framework and JavaScript SDK
• Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0 and authentication/authorization patterns used in OFSC integrations
