Integration Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and maintenance of enterprise-level interoperability systems, the full-time remote Integration Engineer will manage imaging workflows, patient identity management, and data exchange while utilizing HealthShare/IRIS and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Key responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain interfaces and data transformations using various healthcare data standards
• Oversee and optimize HealthShare/IRIS engines for scalability and data fidelity
• Document technical specifications and implement automation pipelines for interface deployment and testing

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with integration platforms such as InterSystems HealthShare or IRIS
• Expertise in healthcare interoperability standards including HL7 v2, FHIR, and DICOM workflows
• Familiarity with Radiology Information Systems like Royal or eRAD
• Understanding of patient identity management and Master Patient Index (MPI) administration
• Advanced knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory standards
