Integration Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Integration Engineer will serve as the technical bridge between CXone and its partner ecosystem by building code examples, proof-of-concept integrations, and tools to facilitate partner evaluations and implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Document integration patterns and provide technical guidance to partners with varying expertise levels
• Build sample applications and proof-of-concept integrations for common integration patterns
• Troubleshoot partner integration challenges and translate feedback into actionable problem statements for product teams

Required qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#/.NET
• Experience building integrations with RESTful APIs, including authentication and error handling
• Solid understanding of web technologies including HTTP, WebSocket, JSON, and OAuth
