Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integration Lead to join their Integrations + Risk team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and define the integration strategy, including goals, scope, timeline, and budget
• Manage the integration governance model and ensure collaboration among stakeholders
• Oversee all phases of the integration process, including data migration, process harmonization, and change management

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in M&A integration, corporate development, or strategic project execution
• Experience with multiple M&A transactions and leading cross-functional processes
• Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Smartsheet, or Monday.com for managing workflows
• Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving
• Background in both advisory and in-house roles is preferred
