Integration Lead Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

To support a healthcare client's Epic implementation, the remote Integration Lead Subject Matter Expert will manage enterprise integrations, collaborate with Epic application teams and vendors, and design reliable interfaces while leveraging healthcare interoperability standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, development, and deployment of interfaces for the Epic implementation
• Serve as the primary SME for healthcare interoperability and system integration across applications
• Coordinate end-to-end interface testing, validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution throughout implementation

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of healthcare IT integration experience, including large-scale EMR/EHR implementations
• Demonstrated experience as an Integration Lead or Interface Architect on Epic projects
• Strong knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 v2, FHIR, and APIs
• Experience designing and troubleshooting interfaces between Epic and ancillary systems
• Proven ability to lead interface testing and cross-functional technical discussions
